Excellent accomodation, location is great and the staff very helpful.
quiet, room size good, clean
We travelled with our adult children, found the hotel very convenient, clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location near Stanley Park and not too far away from the centre of the city. Would stay there again if we return to Vancouver.
Our stay at the Rosellen Suites at Stanley Park was much better than we expected. The staff are very friendly and understanding. We arrived after along flight a little early but were given our room right away. The suite was upgraded and we has an apartment in space. There was no noise from the other suites. We would stay again.
My only comment is the pillows could be better.
Great location next to Stanley Park and near restaurants on Denman and Robson Streets. Friendly staff.
I only chose the hotel because it was the only one I could find anywhere near downtown. Everything else was sold out because a number of cruise ships were arriving and departing. It is not well located with respect to the business district, but not a bad walk downtown if you have time.
Location was excellent, adjacent to wonderful Stanley Park and short walk to lots of restaurants.Staff were very friendly and helpful.
No complaints. A bit removed from centre of Vancouver but transport easy.
The location was fantastic: only 5 minutes' walk from Stanley Park (which is beautiful, by the way), the beach, and a great variety of restaurants (try Kingyo on Denman street - it's brilliant!), yet in a quiet, safe, residential area. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the downtown area, or you can take the bus from just down the road. The apartment was huge and the kitchen was well equipped. We liked the big, fluffy towels in the bathroom, too! It was excellent value for money (and saved us a lot on eating out, too). It was also serviced every day and thoroughly cleaned twice during our one-week stay. Tag at reception was super-helpful and very efficient, and helped us to plan a lovely day trip to Victoria. We also got a discount when hiring bikes from a nearby store. Thanks Tag!
The only - very very small - dislike that we had in the apartment was that there were only a couple of table lamps in the lounge, meaning that it could be quite dark inside on a rainy day. Everything else was super, though, and this really is being picky!
We had a very cozy, clean and pleasant suite. Excellent location for our itinerary and very helpful staff
The apartment facilities were very comfortable and the proximity to Stanley Park and shopping centre were ideal.
The dvd player didn't work properly and after reporting this was told it was working fine but it continued to play up.
Our stay here was wonderful. The manager Jean was the nicest person and went out of his way to help us with everything. We would definatley stay there again, close to the main street and not far from Stanley Park.
The manager was very nice and helpful.
The rooms need refurbishing; they are old from the inside and outdated. Also, one internet connection per room (but they gave us another one when we asked for it).
The suite was massive, 2 bedrooms, large lounge, sep dinnig area and full kitchen. Saved fortune by eating in.
The location is great and the facilities within the room good. Housekeeping leaves a bit ot be desired and below what would be expected for the room charges. front desk service was excellent
The beds were comfortable and it was generally more roomy than being in a hotel. However in the second bedroom it was impossible to get to the window or to your side of the bed without having to climb over the bed. This would be difficult for older guests.
I feel that describing the suite as `Deluxe`was inappropriate and misleading as this infers it was a luxury suite. In fact most of the furniture and decor were tired and old with worn carpets. The bathroom and kitchenette were quite basic. We feel that the hotel should have a safety box in each room for securing expensive equipment money passports etc.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking on site. Good location for city and Stanley park walks.
The apartment did not have enough heating systems
